How can I manage my Unified Messaging voice mails?
When you receive a new voice mail or a missed call notification it will go directly into your inbox. For some of us this can make if difficult, if not awkward, to manage voice mails. Here is a tip that will help you manage this: Create a new mail folder and name it _VoiceMail (this will move the folder to the top of the folder list) If you use Favorite Folders in Outlook click and drag the _VoiceMail folder to it. All of your voice mail will be at the top and will readily indicated if you have unread voice mail.
Create a new rule where the subject contains "Voice Mail" and "Missed Call" and select "moved it to the _VoiceMail folder"
