<![CDATA[<p>How do I transfer a call?</p><p><span id="bodyfont"><p>When a call is accepted there will be a <strong>Trans</strong> key visible at the bottom of the display screen, press this feature and dial the extension you wish to transfer to. When the extension answers the transfer key will change to connect, at that point identify your self and indicate you are transferring a call and press connect. </p>
<p>To "hot drop" a call into someone's voice mail press <strong>Trans</strong>, dial <strong>1806</strong>, then the user's extension and then press <strong>Connect</strong>.</p>
